Orders are picked up/dropped off at USPS on Mondays or Fridays. Please allow 8 to 10 business days for processing and packaging before shipment.

I don't work major holidays, federal holidays, or Mardi Gras.

I work out of my studio and must adhere to firm business hours to maintain a healthy balance.

Midnight by Verbena reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Midnight by Verbena products are handmade in my home studio.. Strict sanitation guidelines are always followed, but products have not been approved by the FDA. All ingredient information should be researched prior to purchase by the buyer. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Shipping:

Orders are shipped most days Monday through Friday.

Please allow minimum 10 business days for processing and packaging before shipment.

Midnight by Verbena is operated by one person.

All orders will have a USPS tracking number attached to shipping confirmation e-mails. Please note that if you do not enter in an email address, a confirmation email will not be sent. This also includes the shipping confirmation email.

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This is non negotiable. 

 If a package is ruined, lost, stolen, damaged, please contact USPS and file a claim. I will not replace the order. 

 

How to File a Domestic Claim with USPS

Filing Online

You can file a domestic claim online at www.usps.com/domestic-claims for packages covered by USPS insurance as described in the “Insurance Availability” section. The online claims process allows you to electronically upload .pdf and .jpg files as the required supporting documentation for a claim.

You can save entered information without submitting it for up to 3 days. After 3 days, the data you entered will no longer be available.

There are eight easy steps to file a claim online:

  1. Go to www.usps.com/domestic-claims.
  2. Sign in to the Online Claims site with your USPS.com user name and password. New users can register for a user name and password at www.usps.com.
  3. Enter the Tracking/Label Number and shipping date.
  4. Enter the address information and claim details.
  5. Select the reason for filing a claim.
  6. Upload proof of value, such as a receipt of purchase (upload .pdf and .jpg files as attachments).
  7. If required, enter insurance fees and upload evidence of insurance (e.g., a mailing receipt) using a .pdf or .jpg attachment.
  8. Review your claim information and submit it.

You must keep evidence of insurance until the claim is resolved.

If the insured, registered, or COD article is lost, and if the claim is paid, the Postal Service also reimburses the mailer for the amount of the postage paid.

Cancellations & Returns:

Due to the nature of the products we do not accept returns. We do not offer exchanges. We do not accept cancellations.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable.

 

 

Readings & Other Services:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and non-refundable. If you schedule and must reschedule, please send an email to midnightbyverbena@gmail.com as soon as possible. If you schedule and do not wish to have the reading or consultation, you forfeit the purchase and money spent becomes a donation. 

 

 

Candles:

The dried herbs on top of these candles can catch on fire when initially lit. Please be careful of where and when you burn. Avoid burning near flammable items/areas. 

NEVER LEAVE A CANDLE UNATTENDED.

Midnight, by Verbena is not responsible for the misuse of any candles. Please use responsibly and NEVER leave candles burning unattended. Especially with herbs that can catch fire. Never leave candles burning with in reach of children and/or pets.
